Another female birthday card

Loved making this card.  Used one of my fave flower stamps and really getting to grips with colouring with copics now and of course my favourite colour too -  purple.

I coloured the image and was not happy with it all so stamped again and cut out the flowers and layered on top of the other stamped image to give 3d effect.

I didn't have a suitable frame die so I cut the image and sentiment in squares with matting layer of card and the used corner punch to make a decorative shape.

I decorated inside the card too and stamped another little flower and coloured with same markers.

 Items used

Papers - Retired Friendly Hello from Stampin' Up!

Card - Gorgeous Grape and Thick Whisper White from Stampin' Up! and White Neenah from Crafter's Companion

Copics - G02, G16, G28, BG93, G99, V01, V15 & V17

Stamps - Retired Birthday Blooms

Others - Corner punch, Small flower punch and pearls

Embossed Christmas Card

I had a play with layering dry embossed card to look like hills of snow for this card.  Inked sky and stamps coloured with copics.  Stamps are from my very old stash (I think they were free with a magazine yonks ago!)
Quite pleased with the result but I think next time I would have the layers more pronounced with 3d foam tape between.

Another Christmas Card for my collection - doing very well indeed :)

Used:
Retired Softly Falling embossing folder from Stampin' Up!
Balmy Blue ink from Stampin' Up!
Woodware circle and scallop circle punches
Copic markers, gems from stash

Now the card has been received I can post one of my fave makes - Booklovers card.  I'm not sure where the image is from as I found it in the back of a drawer when searching for a different stamp I wanted to use but preferred this one anyway :)

I do love finding old stash you had forgotten about.

Papers  - Crafter's Companion Everyday celebration 12x12 pad

Card  - Balmy Blue from Stampin' Up!

Sentiment from same unknown stamp set

Border die  - Magnolia Doohickey die

Sparkle gems from Stampin' Up!

Nanna-to-be makes

Our lovely daughter and her husband are going to be parent in May 2024 so that makes me a Nanna-to-be :)

I'm tickled to become a Nanna but they have decided to not find out the sex of the baby so my makes have to be neutral for now.

I made a tiny baby cardy and hat first.  The hat looks huge but it's really not.

Then our daughter asked that as it will a Spring baby she wanted something bigger for the Autumn so I made this hooded jacket.

I will be making one pink and one blue hat for the hospital but then waiting until baba Stevenson arrives then knitting like mad in suitable colours
